Our policies on refunds and cancellations

At Seedance, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with our AI video generation services. However, due to the nature of digital goods and computing resources, we have specific guidelines regarding refunds.
Credits purchased through our Pay-As-You-Go packages do not expire. Because the creation of AI videos utilizes significant GPU and cloud resources, all purchases of Credit Packages are final and non-refundable.
If you experience technical issues where your credits were deducted but the video generation failed or resulted in a technical error on our platform's end, please contact our support team. We will review the issue and, if verified, reimburse the credits associated with that generation to your account.
If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you may request a refund within 7 days of your initial subscription purchase, provided that you have not used any of the credits allocated to you in that billing cycle.
Once credits have been consumed for video generation, the subscription fee becomes non-refundable for that billing period.
For automatic renewal charges, we also offer a 7-day refund window if no credits from the new billing cycle have been used. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Billing settings to prevent future charges.
If your purchase meets the criteria outlined above, please contact our support team with your account details and the reason for the refund.
Refunds are generally processed within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
